Alongside garden layout and spatial planning, I also provide professional advice on:

- 9Side consultation with a customer and ability of changes in the projects during realisation of them
- 9Site management over the implementation of garden. It consists in supervising the construction by the architect during the finishing work. The architect is obliged to represent the Investor in contacts with the project executives, and to provide any clarification on the issues contained in the project. The architect’s supervision does not include the preparation of documentation, instructing the contractor on the technology of conducting works, the way of their securing and technical evaluation of the quality of these works.
Site supervision during the garden implementation can be provided upon request.
This service includes the architect’s presence during selected stages of construction to:
• oversee the design being followed correctly
– support communication between the client and contractors
• clarify any design-related queries during the build process
Site supervision focuses on design intent and visual outcome.
It does not include:
• preparation of additional technical documentation
• instruction of contractors on construction methods
• responsibility for construction technology or workmanship quality
The contractor remains fully responsible for the execution, safety and technical quality of the works. I can though, suggest the landscaping contractors to work with if clients want the recommendations.
