Hello, I’m Nikola — a qualified Landscape Architect and Garden Designer based in Glasgow.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture (2016) and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Engineering: Architecture & Ecology (2023), which strongly shapes my design philosophy today.

My work focuses on creating beautiful, functional and sustainable gardens, using considered materials, ecological solutions and long-lasting design principles. I believe outdoor spaces should not only look good, but also work harmoniously with nature and everyday life.

Shortly after graduating, I began my professional journey working as a freelance Landscape Architect on The Malvern Court Garden project in London (2017) — a milestone project that confirmed my passion for garden design and set the direction for my career.

Since then, I have gained extensive experience working as both a Landscape Architect and Project Manager across Scotland. My professional background includes collaboration with several landscaping companies, architects and construction teams, delivering projects from initial concept through to full on-site completion.

Since 2022, I have been working closely with a number of trusted contractors and landscape professionals, including:

One of my garden designs was featured in The Herald Scotland in April 2025, following an interview about a large residential garden transformation completed in Airdrie in early 2024.
